# Accept or Decline a schedule request

It's important to let everyone know if you're willing and able to help out. Like, really important.

## From you mobile device

* Once you open the app, you should see **My Schedule** and any positions that you've been scheduled for. 
* From this screen, you should select **Accept** or **Decline** for any scheduled positions to make sure the team leader knows if you'll be able to help out.

If you **Decline** a schedule request, please enter a reason so we know you didn't click Decline on accident. :)
